China = gorgeous as ever on Uneven Bars. The Taishan bars obviously agree with them, and they look steady and very confident in what they’re doing. Small things, like not connecting a Pak to a planned van Leeuven, are easily covered.
China has only had one fall on these Taishan UB so far and the kids in the audience gasped and then clapped for her. Seriously, gymnastics fans worldwide could learn from these wonderful little ambassadors!
Luo Rui (CHN) killed her first routine so hard. Every connection, every ring. She just rolled up this Tashian beam and burnt it like an offering to the beam goddess. China rocking perfect double fulls with flight, form and sticks. You don't need a double flipping dismount.
